No UAM Meeting on March 8, 2008

The United African Movement Transition Committee informed me at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 7, that circumstances have arisen that may possibly prevent a meeting on Saturday, March 8.
Accordingly, I have decided that the meeting should be cancelled even though such a meeting is imperative and that this cancellation is a setback. Meteorologists are already predicting heavy rains for Saturday. A meeting at Long Island University is too much of a gamble.
