Buying "Insurance" for Freedom
Although the independent nominating petitions of the Freedom Party must be filed in the Board of Elections on or before August 17, these petitions should be submitted to the Freedom Party on or before August 15 and preferably on Saturday, August 14. These submissions must be submitted personally. In other words, they must be "dry cleaned".
Before independent nominating petitions are submitted to the Board of Elections in Albany, the petitions, including the signatures on the petitions and the Subscribing Witness Statements, must comply with the election law.
All "legal stains" must be removed. Some of these "stains" will require the actual presence, at the cleaners, of the subscribing witnesses who enjoy the exclusive authority to remove and initial many of these "legal stains".
The independent nominating petitions must be submitted to the Board of Elections in a prescribed, statutory form. This is akin to a "Record on Appeal" in an appellate brief. This "appellate record" will be meticulously reviewed by all challengers after August 17.
In addition to the validity of the petitions; the required number of signatures statewide; in addition to the required number of signatures in at least 15 congressional districts, there must be an accurate Cover Sheet and it must be actually submitted on or before August 17 in Albany.

Thus, prep time will actually start, officially, on August 14 and continue for forty-eight hours. Anyone who is about to "skip" town, should contact Sista's Place at (347-636-3660) or, in the alternative, call me at 718-834-9034 immediately. Subscribed petitions will require individual attention.
This announcement is a "work in progress". The location of a "cleaning center" in addition to Sista's Place is the weekly UAM forum on this Wednesday evening, August 11, at 7:00 p.m. at Elks Plaza, 1068 Harriet Tubman (Fulton Street) nr. Classon Ave. in Brooklyn. The other locations will be disclosed in an official announcement.
In the meantime, the Freedom Party must secure insurance. This means volume. Facially, the Freedom Party already has collected 15,000 signatures statewide and at least 100 signatures in 15 congressional districts. Unfortunately, the New York Election Law requires perfection. The rule of thumb for "perfection" is three times the required signatures.
Starting today, August 7, the Freedom Party will have a week to secure insurance. This will require an all-out blitz. There are over two million persons of African ancestry in New York. Latinos have similar numbers.
Sunday is a day of leisure for many persons. It must be a day on for us. If the mountain will not come to us, we must go to the mountain. Five hundred volunteers are needed immediately to hit the streets for each of the next seven days.
Black people know that we must pay a premium price for all purchases we make in this country. Frederick Douglass said it best: "You may not get everything you pay for but you will pay for everything you get". This is AMERIKKKA.
Freedom is not free. Our revered ancestors gave their lives in the Civil War for the Reconstruction Amendments and statutes. This struggle was against Dred Scott and it still continues to this day. Dred Scott is still in effect.
Call Sista's Place (347-636-3660) or, in the alternative, call me at 718-834-9034 for immediate participation. Remember "Harlem Week" It is happening now. Proper equipment for carrying petitions is a clipboard, a ballpoint pen (black ink) and "Instructions". Blue ink is permitted.
