Maddox on WBAI-FM’s “Caldwell Chronicle”
I will appear on WBAI-FM’s Caldwell Chronicle” on Friday, January 9 at 3:00 p.m. WBAI-FM is located at 99.5 on the dial. The lack of legal and political representation is killing us. The American colonists went to war over this issue. They refused to finance their own oppression. This is the key.
Legal and political representation is synonymous with Cong. Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., Justice Bruce Wright and myself. Anything less than these stalwarts amount to only political and legal presence. The common thread to each of our forced exit from competently and zealously representing our people is law enforcement unions. History connects the dots.
Unless we come to our senses and listen to our revered ancestors like other groups listen to theirs, 2009 and beyond will spell disaster for us even with President-elect Barack Hussein Obama swearing to uphold the original intent of the U.S. Constitution. He will use Abraham Lincoln’s Bible. Lincoln despised the “black blood” in his veins. His father was an African. Can you connect any dots?
Hunting season is in effect for Blacks. Five police officers in Oakland, CA handcuffed Oscar Grant and fatally shot him in the back on New Year’s Day. One cop tasered Grant who pleaded for his life citing his four-year old daughter. The assailant has resigned from the police department to exercise his Fifth Amendment rights.
Sgt. Jeff Cotton of Bellaire, TX recently shot an unarmed and handcuffed Robbie Tolan three times in the back. He is in intensive care with a bullet lodged in his liver. The crime scene was Tolan’s driveway. A handcuffed Tolan was shot when, while lying down, he sought to defend his mother from a police beating. She was protesting his arrest.
Kalyn Moore’s baby was born in a hospital stillborn. It was placed in a refrigerator with a nametag and a death certificate: “fetal death.” A hospital worker admitted placing the body in a trash disposal. The baby has probably been incinerated. I suspect that this might be a cover-up of a homicide at the Jersey City, NJ hospital. An autopsy may have revealed a homicide.
Blacks lack the organization and the resources to defend themselves in addition to not enjoying a lack of legal and political representation. Slave codes are given birth in legislative branches of governments and enforced in judicial branches. We are in dire need of a Powell, Wright and Maddox.

I connected those dots...our family has a very strong case of Blatant discrimination here in greenwood lake NY a KKK town against the school district. We made another complaint to the Office of Civil Rights, only to have them do the EXACT thing they did 4 and half years ago. They took the "excuse" of the disctrict and made that MY complaint. Stating it as the complaint I made. Allowing the district to explain and justify and NEVER ADDRESS THE ACTUAL COMPLAINT which would have shown undeniable discriminatory actions on the part of the Teacher/Coach we complained about as well as the district and administration. I google corruption in OCR and come across a Wall Street Journal article Press release written by an Attorney. The article talks about THE FIX in the OCR Education Department. THEY ENTIRE OFFICE IS CORRUPT. PERIOD. YET OUR TAX DOLLARS PAY THE SALARIES OF PEOPLE TO UPHOLD THE CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS FORMED IN THIS COUNTRY YET THEY ARE HELL BENT OF making sure THE COMPLAINT NEVER SEES THE LIGHT OF DAY!!!
Yes we need attorney's in our race, and yes we need think tanks. But, when the Attorney's, and other "educated" Blacks see themselves separate from those who are perceived as "Uneducated"...how will we help each other? Everyone is necessary.
It's a matter of know that, and appreciating what the underdog has to offer.
