Is "Hurricane Katrina" Repeating Itself?

Five years ago last week, Hurricane Katrina was wreaking havoc on the Gulf Coast. Mayor Ray Nagin of New Orleans waited until the eleventh hour, however, to demand an evacuation of New Orleans. It was too late. An unorganized people must rely on the oppressor for survival information. This is like playing Russian roulette.

Last Saturday, Blacks were distracted by Glenn Beck's "dog and pony show". Rev. Al Sharpton, who has never seen a camera he disliked, was a willing participant. It happens to junkies. Media junkies and heroin junkies, for example, share the same characteristics.

Because we live in a morontocracy, this goal is to suppress information. There is no interest in investing in intelligence. In New York City, our fate is linked to Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Council Speaker Christine Quinn instead of building our own political institutions. Hurricane Earl has a real chance of hitting New York City Friday but no evacuation plan has been disclosed.

The Black media is no different. Even if it had adequate resources from white advertisers, it would be more beholden to them and, similarly, the Black Church is beholden to local, state and federal governments instead of the Creator. Morality is on a permanent vacation in the United States.

In addition to HAARP and weather modification warfare, there is a political motive for withholding an evacuation plan. Blacks, Latinos and Asians hold a numerical, political advantage in New York City. January 6 was a close call. A man-made disaster may be a political solution.

Before Hurricane Katrina wreaked havoc on the "Crescent City", New Orleans also had a Black government. Things changed quickly after Hurricane Katrina. Today, the mayor of New Orleans is white and the congressperson representing a Black congressional district is Vietnamese. Economically and politically, New Orleans is better off today for everyone except Blacks.

Have you heard from your Black elected officials today? Don't hold your breath. There is a difference between a Black elected official and a Black representative. Black representation --political or legal-- is not permitted in the United States. Crispus Attucks and Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. died for it. The struggle continues.
