The Black Man and Black Woman are Back

While even some Blacks in my "inner circle" may be jealous and envious, no one can deny that my knowledge of the law "posed a serious threat to the public interest." In the order dated May 21, 1990, the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department used this language to permanently suspend me from the practice of law. Without precedent, the New York Legislature was the instigator.

This year, the Freedom Party will not only collect 15,000 valid signatures but Councilman Charles Barron will receive more than 50,000 votes as a gubernatorial candidate. Of course, I am being very modest. Barron will also receive a mandate from the voters to occupy Gracie Mansion in 2014. All successful mayoral candidates need a third party in New York. Barron will have the Freedom Party in 2013.

More importantly, Blacks can run New York State in 2011. The prize is in "plain view". Nonetheless, it will require Blacks to give up their seats as spectators and hit the field as big-time players. Under the banner of the Freedom Party, we need to field candidates to challenge all Black elected officials in the New York Legislature and Congress from New York. The exception is Assemb. Inez Barron.

When I went to Georgia last week, my mission was to write a political manual. Upon reflection, a manual is akin to slavery. It is physical and not mental. Blacks need to think outside the box. Instead of a political manual, we need a political board like chess or monopoly.

On our political board, Blacks must deal with reality. The players on the board must be black, white, yellow and brown. Chess has black and white players even though the white player moves first. Andrew Cuomo has fashioned a political board with only white players. Thus, black players must be "black" and not "oreos". This will revolutionize politics.

Our mission in 2010 is to displace, at the very least, every Black elected official in New York in the New York Legislature and in Congress. Inez Barron, on the other hand, is a political representative. In 2013, we will displace, at the very least, all Black members of the New York City Council. The same approach must be achieved in Buffalo.

Charles Barron will be residing in Gracie Mansion. This will give us complete control of New York. Political leverage, in 2011, will allow us to control all state decisions and the budget. This will happen because of the "separation of powers" doctrine and our superb manipulation of the political process.

It is time for Black men and women to wear the crown and occupy the throne as we move through New York in our chariots similar to the movement of Jack Johnson. Attorney Louis Clayton Jones had the answer. While describing Mario Cuomo as an "Italian peasant" to a top member of the Cuomo administration, he described himself as "African aristocracy". There was not an ounce of Negro inferiority in Jones.

A political and legal workshop will be given on Thursday, June 17 at 7:00 p.m. at Elks Plaza, 1068 Harriet Tubman (Fulton Street) in Brooklyn. I will reveal some valuable tips on how I became the most feared litigator in the United States. Knowledge is power. Cong. Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. said that we must be "bold and audacious".

These approaches can be applied to politics and they will enable us to establish the first Black political party in the United States with ballot status. This priceless knowledge is unavailable at Harvard University Law School. In short, we must "strut our stuff" in politics. Only slaves are meek.

This is a must! Bring pen, paper and clipboard. Any discussion of politics will require a knowledge of history, legal reasoning, critical thinking, political "science", communications, military science, economics and protocols. All of these subjects and more will be weaved into the political discussion.
