Last Stand for UAM's "Prep" for Freedom Party

There is a real difference between an actual political education and voter education or civics. To be a member of the Democratic Party, voter education is sufficient. It is not sufficient, however, to secure valid signatures for the Freedom Party amid hostile propaganda. Political education, minimally, requires at least two, political workshop sessions.

The last session, sponsored by United African Movement, will occur tonight, June 30, at 7:30 p.m., at the Elks Plaza, 1068 Harriet Tubman (Fulton Street) nr. Classon Ave. in Brooklyn. Afterwards, the Freedom Train will be leaving the station enroute to the Underground Railroad.

History is in the making. UAM's original destination is Buffalo, a historic venue for both the Liberty Party and the Free Soil Party. Contrary to popular belief, President Abraham Lincoln had no conscience. These political parties, Black freedom fighters and abolitionists, ultimately, became his conscience.

On November 2, 2010, after a pre-season, a regular season, the playoffs and the Super Bowl, the Freedom Party will make history. Everyone will be taking bows. Some of them will be exercising bogus bows because some persons will have engaged in self-aggrandizing posturing never having ridden the Freedom Train. On July 5, my energies will be shifted to upstate New York including Buffalo.

If you took courses in international law, statutory construction, local government law, political history and constitutional law for a year, you would never learn what will be taught at the Elks Plaza tonight and will, afterwards, be unavailable through this campaign for ballot status. For example, what is Dillon's Rule? Who are the "Forgotten Fathers"? On July 5, my energies will be shifted to upstate New York including Buffalo.
